Event hours are from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

• On-site sales may be available if tickets are not sold out.

• Booth pass holders may enter the venue 2 hours early for setup.

• General admission begins at 11:00 AM.

• This Arknights-ONLY event features stage performances, official interactive segments, a game zone, photo & display areas, and more.

• Detailed activity schedules, rules, and venue layout will be announced on our official Xiaohongshu page and community group.

• Not at all! Everyone is welcome to participate regardless of whether they cosplay.

• We invite all Arknights fans to join the fun.

• Official merchandise can be collected at the venue by presenting your confirmation code or QR code.

• VIP ticket holders may opt to receive their invitation letter via mail in advance.

• Of course! Arknights-themed cosplay is welcome.

• Due to the nature of the event, we reserve the right to deny entry to cosplayers from other IPs.

• A limited number of small-item storage spots will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.

• We recommend taking the F subway line to York Street Station — only a 3-minute walk away.

• On-street parking is limited in the area.
